We're back at Trafford Palazzo for 10 days with our permament jewellery services and our viral DIY Charm Bar! Here's everything you need to know before visiting.

Monday – Saturday: 10am–8pm
Sunday: 12pm–6pm

Do I Need to Book?

No bookings required! Both our permanent jewellery and Charm Bar experiences are available on a walk-in basis. During busy periods, you may need to queue.

Permanent Jewellery

Choose from our curated collection of over 50 chains in sterling silver, 14k gold-filled and rose gold. Our team will custom-fit your chosen piece before welding it seamlessly together without a clasp.

We offer permanent bracelets, anklets, hand chains and rings with optional charms to make your jewellery even more personal. We can also add a clasp to all jewellery types incase you're scared of commitment! 

We sadly will not be offering permanent necklaces or waistchains at our pop-up this time.

DIY Charm Bar

Get creative at our Charm Bar! Choose your favourite chain or accessory and personalise it with charms from our extensive collection. Create your own charm bracelet, necklace, bag charm or keyring.

Once you've chosen your design, our team will assemble your piece for you, ready to take home.

Personalisation & Engraving

We'll also have our engraving station at the pop-up, where you can add a personal touch to selected accessories. Perfect for creating something unique or gifting to someone special.

A Few Things to Know

• Our experiences are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Queue times may vary, particularly during weekends and busy periods.
• Our permanent jewellery queue may close up to 30 minutes before closing time to ensure everyone waiting can be seen.
