Permanent Jewellery Warranty

We are pleased to offer a 24-month warranty on all permanent jewellery purchased from us. During this period, you are entitled to complimentary re-welds and repairs to ensure your jewellery remains in perfect condition.

Booking Policy

To secure your permanent jewellery appointment at our studio a £10 per person deposit is taken through our online booking system. This is then deducted from your total purchase amount during your appointment.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.

For cancellations made before the 24-hour window, the entire deposit will be refunded to the payment method used to secure the booking. Alternatively, you can reschedule your appointment by contacting us.

Lateness

Please plan ahead for your journey into Manchester City Centre. we want you to have the best experience with us but lateness not only affects us but our other clients too.

Find our location prior to your appointment, the closest car parks are Selfridges and harding Street arches. Please message before hand if you have any questions as we may be with clients on the day of your appointment and unable to respond.

We don't have a contact number, so please email or dm us if you are running late and we will try to accommodate where we can.

We allocate 15 minutes per person during our appointments. If you are attending as a single person and you are more than 5 minutes late we will not be able to go ahead with your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.

If there is 2 or more to your party and you are more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to go ahead with your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.

Non-Permanent Jewellery Returns

We offer 14-days for you to return your non-permanent jewellery back to us for a refund. Your item must be sent back to us unworn, and in the same condition it was upon receiving it.

Please note that if your return does not meet the criteria above, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for your return.

We do not offer free returns, the cost of your return must be covered by you. We recommend you use a tracked service to make your return and you must retain your receipt from the courier as proof of your return.

We will not refund you for any returns that we do not receive back. If your return goes missing, you must contact the courier for further help.

We will process a refund for your return as quickly as possible once it's been received back and inspected. This will be refunded back onto the same payment method that was used for your order. We can not refund your order back on to an alternative method of payment.

If you believe your item is faulty, please be sure to contact us before you send your item back to us. We can not reimburse you for any return you make, but we will cover the cost of your return if your item is faulty by providing a returns label.

We can not offer any refunds or returns for any pierced jewellery due for health and hygiene reasons.

We can not at this time process exchanges for any non-permanent jewllery. If you wish to exchange your non-permanent jewellery, you must return your order to us for a refund and re-order the item you'd like on our website.
