About Permanent Jewellery

Permanent jewellery is custom-fit jewellery, usually bracelets, anklets, or necklaces, that is welded closed instead of using a clasp.

It’s designed to be long-lasting, but it can be removed at any time with scissors or wire cutters if needed.

Not at all. It’s completely painless. The welding is done quickly and safely without touching your skin.

Materials & Quality

At Aureli, we only use high-quality materials. All of our jewellery is either sterling silver or 14k gold-filled.

Gold-filled jewellery has a thick layer of real gold bonded to a base metal, making it far more durable and longer-lasting than gold-plated jewellery.

With proper care, your jewellery should not tarnish. We typically expect it to last 2–5 years.

You may notice a slight change in brightness over time, but it will not rust or change colour.

Yes, our materials are suitable for sensitive skin.

Wearing & Care

Yes, you can wear your jewellery in water. However, proper care will help maintain its shine.

Clean it regularly with mild soap and water, avoid harsh chemicals, and use the polishing cloth provided.

With normal wear, it will maintain its shape. Excessive pulling or snagging may cause damage.

Repairs, Removal & Adjustments

All Aureli jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty. This covers accidental breaks, and we’ll reweld it free of charge.

It can be easily cut off. We can either assist you or provide simple instructions to do this at home. Rewelding can be arranged later.

Yes, permanent jewellery does not need to be removed for airport security.

Yes, it can be cut and adjusted if needed. However, we cannot increase the length without adding a connector.

During your appointment, we’ll check the fit carefully before welding to ensure you’re completely happy.
